The items in our gift hampers are carefully chosen for their quality as well as presentation. Every gift hamper is packed with love and attention to detail. If for any reason we do not meet your expectations please call or email us immediately.
In the event of a hamper being returned to us by our couriers or Australia Post, being “Unable to be delivered” we will contact the Purchaser for further instructions. In the event of a complaint of any kind regarding products supplied by us, each case will be handled individually to our customer’s satisfaction.
All our customers’ data is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or loan our mailing list to anyone.
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. (Please refer to our Delivery Charges tab on our Home page) If the recipient is not home and we have a mobile phone number we will call to arrange a suitable time to re-deliver. If no phone number we will try to leave with a neighbour or leave a calling card for the recipient to contact us. We rarely leave gifts when no-one is home unless directed to do so. Perishables such as Cheese will never be left without permission.
Same day deliveries for the Northern Beaches must be received before 11am Hampers to be delivered to Cairns Tablelands and Port Douglas will go the next day as we use a courier to these destinations. Saturdays and Sundays deliveries are by arrangement only and extra charges may apply. For gifts to be sent throughout Queensland or Interstate we use Australia Post Express Bags with signature required and delivery times are usually from 2 to 3 days (please check Australia Post’s website for current information).
Simply Hampers holds Liquor Licence No 93561 It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. The following written instructions are given to the delivery person. Gifts with alcohol included are to be delivered: I. to the adult who placed the order (include their name in the instructions) II. to another adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf of the person who placed the order III. If the delivery is made on a day after the day the order is taken, or the sale was made online, in accordance with the customer's instructions (such as delivery to another address or an unoccupied address).
